What adhesive should I use and how much will I need?

We recommend our Deco-Grip adhesive and Adefix Plus joint adhesive which can be found in the Sundries section of this website.

One tube of Deco-Grip adhesive will fix 5-7 meters of coving depending on size, one tube of Adefix Plus joint filler will fill up to 35 joints.

What do you use to cut coving?

A fine tooth saw and mitre box is all you need, see our Sundries section on this website.

How do you cut corners?

You will need a mitre block and saw as above, a full installation guide is supplied with all products to assist you.

How easy are your products to install?

All nmc-copley mouldings are made in premium hard resin making them lighter than plaster and much easier to handle and fix. Due to its low weight it makes it easy for just one person to install.

Can I install in bathrooms?

Yes, but make sure all surfaces are dry before installation.

Can I install outside?

All nmc-copley mouldings are weather resistant and can be used to enhance the outside of your home, just finish with an exterior paint.

I have seen cheaper options, why do your products cost more than them?

Quite simply you get what you pay for, established February 1977, Copley were the first company in Europe if not the world to manufacture mouldings in high density Polyurethane. You can buy cheaper products (often imported from China) but they are of a lower density which can be unstable.
